Hello long lost blog! What are my excuses for ignoring you so? Mostly not worth listing. Some are worth listing, but I'll list them later.
This actually came out of my very own pantry. We bought it, because like half the stuff in our pantry, it was on sale.
Besides, whenever I think of luxury, the first thing that comes to mind is ALWAYS cold breakfast cereal:
Don't you find that to be the case? Although, despite the silly name, it really wasn't bad as cold breakfast cereal goes.
Sometimes it's just the order of the signs that is so silly. I mean, who even knew that chicken, fish or beef needed to be repaired or unlocked?
These colors looked a lot prettier before I took them through my dirty car windshield:
Here are some birds. These would also look much better minus the dirty car windshield, but...that's not how I took the picture.
That's it! Happy week everyone! Or...month...as the case has been lately.

Great photos, all of them, but my favourite is the one of the birds. p.s. It is nearly supper time in the UK and my word verification is 'supper'....
I love cereal for breakfast! (or anytime) Cereal with soymilk is one of the perfect foods. You are eating and drinking at the same time.
What are the people wearing masks? Leftover Halloween pics?
That looks delicious! I've wondered where you've been!
I eat cereal every morning for breakfast.
I love to add craisins to mine, Cranberries in raisin form.
I enjoy looking at your photos.
I love the one with the birds, so cool.
great flock of birds shot and interesting one-stop-shopping repair/meat/cakes - everything anyone could ask for.
I love the signs you find. I find it a little disturbing that they advertise repair and fresh on the same sign. I actually think I've had some unlocked/repaired beef before... :p
I just don't know how you manage to find the best signs!
Nice photos, but the one with the birds reminds me of the Alfred Hitchcock movie . . . It's a little eerie . . .
Thanks DJ Kirkby! And funny on the word!
Mark - I'm a big cereal fan too. I just don't usually associate it with "luxury"! :-) On the masks - I'm pretty sure that is just clothing. Burkhas I think they're called? I just thought the red and green against the black was striking and pretty. I didn't really take the dirty windshield into account...
Ingrid - It's not bad!
Thanks Tracy!
Nicki - Now any time you need your meat and cakes repaired, you'll know where to go!
Funny Pat!
Maria - Thanks Maria! I think . :-)
I'm with Maria - thought of the "Birds" movie as soon as I saw your shot!! Love your signs!
Good to see you posting again. Hope that means things are settling down? Love the burkha shot. Even through the windscreen the colours pop.
I don't know, these days, when cereal costs more than my mortgage (and that doesn't even include the milk!) I think it might be a luxury!
Love the bird picture!
"Luxury" granola? Haha. Huh??
I know these things are supposed to make the women look modest, but the red ninja is S-E-X-Y!!!
Thanks Reds!
Yes, Arizaphale! Things are starting to stay down! I mean settle down...
:-)
GOOD Point Lara!
On the other hand, Dr. Zibbs - Right?!?!?!
BloggerFather - :-) :-) :-)
